OKNA makes several different types of windows within various series.
DOUBLE HUNG
A window unit that has two operable sashes, both of which move vertically within its frame.
SLIDER
A window unit that opens and closes horizontally, in an either 2-Lite or 3-Lite configuration.
PICTURE
A constant-state, non-opening window frame.
HOPPER
A window unit whose sash hinges from the bottom and whose top tilts inward.
CASEMENT
A window that is attached to the frame by side hinges and opens outward for ventilation to the left or right.
AWNING
A window unit that is hinged on the top and opens outward at the bottom.
BAY
An angular, mult-panel window system, usually made up of a larger fixed center and two flanking panels, resulting in a unit projecting out from the wall of the building. Bays can include double hungs, casements, or pictures.
BOW
A composite of three or more window units of equal size, joined together in an arc formation. Bows can inlcude double hungs, casements, or pictures.
GARDEN
A five-sided window unit that protrudes out the wall of a structure, inlcuding a top panel, front panel, and two casement side panels that hinge on the structure side and swing out and away from the unit, often employed to grow and display plants or other garden items.
